CompliChain, Print Project Management System
In my work at Sepire, I was primarily in charge of pushing forward business objectives for our internal tool, CompliChain. This tool was designed as an external facing portal for our clients to manage their print jobs as well as submit jobs for production.
On this page, I'll outline some of the work that I lead, including user research and road mapping work that I completed.
CORE Functionality

CompliChain is the internal Print Production Job Management Portal that Sepire uses to give their customers insight into the flow of their work as it’s submitted to the company. The type of information that is included within the portal allows customers to see the number of print production jobs that are running and the timeline for each from the day that all the assets are submitted to the day it arrives in the recipients' mailboxes. Because this is supposed to be the primary portal for Sepire customers, there is a significant amount of information that needs to flow in, around, and through CompliChain while still allowing users to easily find what they need, communicate with production staff, and manage their accounts.
The CORE functionality of CompliChain centers primarily around the job submission process, the job production process, and getting timely insights back to customers.
