Professional Experience

I am currently on a consulting contract for Evernorth, a Cigna Healthcare division, primarily focused on driving business outcomes using health data. I am on the product team focused on all the platforms and workflows that enable outbound communications to customers across the enterprise.

As an experienced product manager with deep experience in print and email and Medicare requirements, I often work on initiatives and/or communications for the government line of business or communications that are regulatory in nature. My role is to assess each of my assigned initiatives to determine business needs, the level of engineering effort, and if the initiative meets the customer's needs.
