KinKeeper by Kith & Kin
As I was looking to build my Health Harmony application, I conducted some pretty intensive consumer research. One of the applications that I tried out, and ultimately met many of the features I had been looking for, was Kith & Kin's Kinkeeper. It has been a great application for tracking the medical information that I've been looking to keep at my fingertips.
There were a few key features that I think could use some improvement after using the application for a while, so I reached out to their team with my suggestions. After getting to know the team, I decided to join them as a part-time product manager.
As a product manager, I was responsible for designing features, transferring them to the development team, and testing them as they were released for production. One of the major features that was recently released is this "What Can We Help You With?" Module. The purpose of this module is to help guide a user and help them get started. Some feedback we consistently received from users is that they aren't always sure where to start.

I created this module with that feedback in mind. This module shows the top 3 actions that we think a user is likely to make every time they open the application. But we also wanted to make sure that users can customize it so that they can better fit their needs. We wanted to make sure the screen was simple and intuitive. While this feels like a small change, it can go a long way in making the experience in the app more personalized.
