CompliChain User Research
Utilizing a service called Full Story, I was able to watch hours of user interactions with CompliChain. From there, I was able to determine the CORE User Personas, approximate numbers for the different types of users, and the different access levels that are currently configured.

From this information, I could create a holistic view of the users and their needs and strategize what their needs in the platform might be.
Research Results
I identified 5 main Customer User Types and key activities for each of these users, narrowed down their goals within the portal, and identified additional pain points that had not been documented.

Building Customer User Types and Identifying Potential Opportunities
For each Customer User Type, I wanted to convey to stakeholders three things - User Goals, User Needs, and Opportunities - in order to clearly communicate who the platform is serving and opportunities to serve them better. Here's an example of one of the Customer User Types:
