Cleaning Roadmap Future Roadmap
The Roadmap is perhaps one of my favorite parts of developing a product. It is both a challenge and an opportunity to reach for the furthest reaches of what the product is capable of.

In looking at what's possible for this product, I would want to duplicate some features that other players in the market are already doing.
Integrations with Outside Business Programs
As part of the long-term roadmap, I would want this program to have an open API that would allow it to connect with other services that a business might use:

Calendars & Schedules
I would like to build calendars for an individual customer record to make them more useful. I'd like for the user to be able to see a record of cleanings, past and present. As part of this functionality, I'd like to see the ability to schedule resources for a particular client. This would allow the business owner to better see what they have upcoming and plan appropriately.
Expansion to More Users
As the business grows, I'd like to build in the option to add more users with different access levels. For instance, there could be a manager level that allows for additional management support with limited access to key features like billing.

I would also be interested in building support staff capabilities or a portal that would allow a support staff member to better support their clients. For example, I'd love a support staff member to be able to contact their customers when they are on their way.
I've seen this capability in other programs on the market, but it's unclear if the notifications are done by automation or if they are done by individuals via another portal. I think the best opportunity would be a separate support staff-focused portal.
