Healthcare shouldn't be this hard to understand.

Every day, patients are asked to make life-changing decisions using fragmented information, disconnected systems, and data that often isn't designed for them to understand.

Every product I build is guided by one simple question:

Will this help patients better understand and participate in their own healthcare?

My
Story

When I volunteered at a children's hospital as a teenager, I spent time with young patients while their parents met with doctors, social workers, insurance representatives, and financial counselors.

Even then, I noticed something that has stayed with me throughout my career: healthcare isn't just medically complex—it can be incredibly difficult to navigate.

Years later, when I became a patient myself, I experienced many of those same challenges firsthand. Managing appointments, understanding test results, coordinating information across providers, and making important decisions often required piecing together information from disconnected systems.

Those experiences shaped the way I think about product management. Today, I build healthcare products with one goal in mind: helping patients better understand and navigate their healthcare so they can make informed decisions with confidence.
